On Saturday August 16, 2008, Rob Wallace and Amanda Paoletti were married in Charlottesville, VA (technically, just outside of Charlottesville). The ceremony was beautiful and touching, and the reception was a great party as well. Since I was in the wedding as a groomsman, Amanda took all of the photos of the actual ceremony, as well as several before and after the ceremony, including key bits of the reception that I was involved in.
Amanda and I flew into Richmond on a red-eye, arriving Friday morning. We spend the afternoon in Richmond, then drove to Charlottesville and checked into our hotel. The rehearsal was Friday evening (Amanda took a nap), and then the rehearsal dinner was immediately following (I swung by and picked Amanda up). The following day we spent a few hours in Charlottesville, and then went to the wedding, with the reception following immediately. It was a great time!
